Once we'e received your foot scan it will be saved in the system. Come back to our website whenever you're ready to order.
Fit Sock is built and sent
Before we manufacture anything, we produce a custom 3D-printed fit sock shaped directly from your foot scan. You try it on, tell us how it feels, and we refine until it's right. Only then do we move into full production.
This step takes the guesswork out of custom-fit footwear — and ensures your cleats fit the way they should from day one.

Using the scans and biometrics provided by you, Prevolve's revolutionary algorithm parametrically designs a left and right shoe to perfectly match your foot shape and athletic profile.
Your Shoe is Built
After any adjustments from the fit socks, we print and assemble your cleats. Built in the USA with the latest materials, these cleats will fit you and perform better than any other cleat you've worn.
