Shipping Policy

At Prevolve Footwear, every pair of shoes is custom-made to order at our workshop in Kent, WA, USA. We take pride in crafting footwear that's tailored to your unique needs. Below is our shipping policy for both domestic and international orders.

Delivery Information:

• Domestic Shipping (USA):
  We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders within the United States. Once your shoes are ready, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information.

• International Shipping:
  We ship internationally! Shipping costs will vary depending on your location and will be calculated during checkout. You'll be able to select your preferred shipping option and pay for it at that time. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Processing Times:
Since each pair is made to order, most cleats ship 3-4 weeks after your order and fit data are confirmed. 3D Fit Socks typically ship within 1-5 business days, and made-to-order accessories (toe spacers, metpad insoles) within 1-2 weeks. If your build is running longer than expected, we'll always keep you updated by email, and you'll receive tracking information the moment your order ships.
