We rebuilt our website. All of it. The old one served us well, in the way a shoe two sizes too small technically still counts as a shoe.
If you just want to shop, the cleats are over here. If you want the tour, keep reading. It is a short walk and there are snacks (there are no snacks).
A New Look
The site is now deep green, like a pitch at night. Bigger type, fewer walls of text, and pages that get to the point. We built the whole thing around one idea: you should be able to find what you need without feeling like you wandered into a brochure.
Shopping Starts With Your Sport
Soccer, football, baseball, lacrosse, rugby. Pick yours and everything downstream follows: the colorways, the stud types for your surfaces, the details that matter for your game. Every colorway gets its own card now, so browsing actually shows you the shoes instead of making you click into a product page and play colorway roulette.
The Foot Strength Quiz
Five minutes, no clipboard. The quiz figures out where your feet actually are on the strength ladder, then hands you a training program built for that level. Not "do toe yoga, good luck." An actual progression. Your feet gain strength on a timeline that cannot be skipped, so the program meets you where you are instead of where an Instagram reel thinks you are.
Your Own Prevolve Account
This is the part I am most proud of. Your account now holds your whole Prevolve life in one place:
- Your foot scans, with the measurements that drive your cleat design: length, width, arch height, instep.
- Your orders, with a production tracker that walks through every step from design to your doorstep. Thirteen steps. Watching your pair crawl through them is strangely satisfying, like a very slow, very custom pizza tracker.
- Athlete profiles. Ordering for two kids with two different sets of feet? Each athlete gets their own profile, scans, and settings, so every pair is printed for the right person. Family chaos, contained.
- The Fit tab. When your 3D fit sock arrives, you tell us exactly how it fits, zone by zone: toes, arch, heel, all of it. That feedback goes straight into your final cleat design.
- Photos of your finished pair, taken before they ship.
The 3D Fit Sock, Everywhere
The 3D fit sock is now woven through the whole experience, because it earned it. Since making it the standard first step, remakes have dropped from about 1 in 7 pairs to roughly 1 in 40. It is fully credited toward your first pair of cleats, so it is effectively free. The site now treats it like what it is: the reason your first pair fits like your fifth pair.
The Gallery
Real pairs, real feet, real customers. Browse finished cleats by pair, not a soup of random photos. Great for stealing colorway ideas. We encourage colorway theft.
The Improvements Log
We have logged every product improvement since the beginning, and now the whole list is public. All roughly one thousand of them. Yes, we counted. Eyelet reinforcements, stud geometry, heel foam, materials, the annealing step that made cleat plates stop cracking. If you have ever wondered whether made-to-order actually means the product gets better every month, here is the receipt. All thousand receipts.
Foot Science, With Citations
The education pages got rebuilt around the five things healthy feet actually do: Sense, Splay, Spring, Drive, Adapt. Every claim traces to a real study, PMID and all. And we kept the honest caveats in: barefoot is not magic, arch height does not predict performance, and rushing the transition genuinely injures people. Your feet deserve better than marketing, including ours.
What's Next
The counter on the home page shows how many athletes are running on Prevolve right now, and it climbs every week. The website will keep improving the same way the cleats do: in small steps, constantly, forever.
Found something confusing? Something broken? Something you wish existed? Email us or reply to any of our emails. Customer feedback is the engine this whole company runs on, and that is not a figure of speech, it is the product development process.
