    Runs marketing and content: filming how every pair gets built, social media, and athlete partnerships. On the production floor he gives each finished pair its final quality check, photographs it, and packs and ships it to you.

    Assembly. More hands-on hours go into each pair from Ted than from anyone else: post-processing printed parts, glue-ups, lasting and forming the uppers, and lacing, plus keeping the assembly bench stocked.

    3D Printing Engineer

    Runs the print fleet: starting and tending every print, managing filament and materials, keeping the printers maintained, and bringing new machines online. Most of our gains in print quality and throughput started as one of his experiments.
