Each shoe is made to order in the USA with 3D printing technology based on your foot scans and biometrics.

Custom toe spacers and metatarsal pads are optional, but essential components for getting the most out of your BioCleats.

Custom Toe Spacers are 3D printed with precision engineered for your specific toe dimensions. Made of TPU foam for lightweight durability. A full set only weighs about 6 grams! Keep your toes comfortably splayed with minimal bulk/weight. Designed to fit perfectly in the BioCleats, toe spacers help realign and reawaken your toes to integrate with your athletic movement.

Custom Metpads improve the posture of your foot, encouraging activation of the transverse arch (The arch that spans across and underneath your forefoot) which triggers the toes to press more into the ground, which in turns help with balance and toe splay. Ultimately creating a better connection between your foot and the shoe by pushing into the hollow arch space creating more interface between foot and shoe.
