Shoe Assembler Job Summary
As a Shoe Assembler at Prevolve Footwear, you will play a critical role in transforming innovative concepts into high-quality footwear for our customers. You will be involved in the 3D printing process, assembly, and shipping of our shoes, ensuring that each pair meets our rigorous standards of craftsmanship and quality.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain 3D printing equipment with precision.
- Assemble footwear components accurately and efficiently.
- Perform quality checks to ensure all products meet our stringent standards.
- Package and prepare footwear for shipping to customers.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and contribute innovative ideas for process and product improvement.
Qualification Requirements
- Based in Seattle or willing to relocate.
- Experience with 3D printers and/or in footwear or apparel manufacturing preferred.
- Highly detail-oriented with a commitment to quality.
- Able to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and innovative thinking.
- Willing to undergo a 20-hour/week trial period, with potential for extension to full-time.
Physical Demands and Abilities
- Regularly required to stand, walk, and operate machinery.
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.
- Manual dexterity needed to assemble small and delicate parts.
- Specific vision abilities required include close vision, color vision, and the ability to adjust focus.

The Role:
We're looking for a Creative Content Specialist to join our marketing team on a part-time basis, with a 20-hour week trial period. This role is perfect for a dynamic, creative individual who is passionate about social media and content creation. You will be responsible for developing and implementing our content strategy across various platforms including Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Google. This is an exciting opportunity to grow with a company that is making a tangible difference in the way people move.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a cohesive content strategy across all our social media platforms.
- Create engaging, high-quality content including videos, photos, and graphics that reflect our brand's mission and products.
- Manage content calendars, ensuring consistent and timely postings across platforms.
- Analyze performance metrics to understand content engagement and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with the product development team to highlight and promote our custom fit 3D printed minimalist cleats and toe spacers.
- Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools, and applications.
Qualifications:
