About Prevolve

Prevolve Footwear builds the most anatomically correct, 3D-printed cleats in the world. Every pair is made-to-order using cutting-edge parametric design, advanced TPU materials, and high-precision printers—all right here in our Kent workshop. Our mission is simple: create footwear that truly empowers the human body.

We’re growing fast and scaling from a garage-sized operation to a full-scale production facility. If you geek out over print quality, efficiency, and hardware optimization—and love the idea of leading a production system that blends biomechanics, code, and craftsmanship—this might be your dream job.

What You’ll Do

  • Oversee daily operation of our expanding 3D printing farm (30–40+ printers).

  • Maintain, calibrate, and tune printers for consistent quality output.

  • Manage print queues, slicing profiles, filament inventory, and part post-processing.

  • Implement and refine print schedules to maximize uptime and throughput.

  • Collaborate with design and R&D teams to prototype, test, and iterate new product designs.

  • Lead continuous improvement in print quality, material performance, and workflow automation.

  • Train and mentor production staff and set the standard for excellence in craftsmanship.

  • Track productivity metrics and develop systems for scaling production efficiently.

Who You Are

  • Experienced with FDM/FFF 3D printing (TPU experience is a big plus).

  • Fluent in printer tuning, G-code, firmware (Klipper/Bambu/Marlin), and basic mechanical maintenance.

  • Obsessed with process optimization, precision, and efficiency.

  • Hands-on problem solver who thrives in a fast-moving environment.

  • Comfortable managing people and systems simultaneously.

  • Excited by innovation—printing shoes that break every convention in the industry.

Bonus Points For

  • Experience with multi-material or flexible material printing.

  • Background in mechanical engineering, industrial design, or digital fabrication.

  • Familiarity with Grasshopper/Rhino workflows, automation tools (Make, OctoPrint, etc.), or production management software.

  • A genuine interest in biomechanics, performance footwear, or athletic design.

Compensation

  • Competitive hourly wage ($28–$38/hr depending on experience).

  • Performance-based growth opportunities.

  • Employee discounts on all products.

  • Flexible hours and a collaborative, creative environment where your ideas matter.
