Made to order; based on your foot scans or photos. These 3D printed spacers are precision engineered for your specific toe shapes. Made of durable lightweight TPU foam, a full set weighs about 6 grams and can last for years. Keep your toes comfortably splayed with minimal bulk/weight.

Fits great in combination with your wide toe box shoes.

1 full set includes 20 interchangeable soft foam spacers: 3 varying thicknesses for big toe, 3 for pinky toe, and 2 for middle toes. Ships in 3D printed travel box.

Once we confirm all of your data, spacers will be shipped within 10 days. *If production load becomes excessive for us, it could take up to 20-30 days.

Did you know we are born with naturally splayed out toes?

With the constant use of traditional athletic footwear (Nike, Adidas, etc.) our feet deform over the years; with our big toes and pinky toes getting forced inwards and out of natural alignment. This can cause bunions and a loss of balance and power. All from fitting our feet, to the shoes.

• Toe spacers are worn to help reverse the painful effects of traditional footwear.

• Begin wearing them around the house and eventually in shoes.

• Slowly and gradually wear your spacers in increments of one-half to one hour per day and add an additional hour each day. But, always listen to your body. If there is too much discomfort, try downsizing thickness or simply removing the spacer(s) in painful areas.

• Expect your feet and other parts of your body to feel different, perhaps even sore for a while as your toes realign to their natural position.

• Best results when used during physical activity, but also work at rest.
