New Website & Updated Pricing: What's Changing at Prevolve

On August 17, we're launching a new Prevolve website. New pricing comes with it, and it reflects the work we've put into making the best fitting and performing cleats in the world.

Below we've highlighted what's changing on the site and how the new pricing is going to work.

Key Improvements From This Year

A 3D Fit Sock

It's now an essential step for every new customer, and it's the single biggest fit improvement we've made to date. Remakes are down more than 80%, from about 1 in 7 pairs to roughly 1 in 40. Fit no longer hinges on getting a perfect scan. 3D fit socks are free for new customers.

Ripstop Nylon Eyelet Backing

Since April, every pair ships with a ripstop backing at the eyelets, which had been our most common durability issue. Each reinforcement is custom designed and laser cut for your specific pair.

Cleat Plate Post-Process Annealing

A refined post-processing step to improve cleat plate strength and eliminate cracking.

Dual-Material Insole Plate

A stiff hexagonal structure embedded within foam to provide flexibility and stiffness exactly matched to your athlete profile.

Integrated 3D Foam Heel Cup

We used to build the heel from several pieces glued together, which added seams and stiffness. It's now a single piece of foam. Softer, holds the heel better, and it flexes with the achilles instead of fighting it.

What's New on the Website

A new look, sleeker navigation, and a smoother checkout experience. Selecting your sport, color, and stud type has never been easier.

Why the Price Is Changing, and Why It's Now Based on Size

The improvements above take more time and material on every pair: the fit sock, the laser cut reinforcements, post-processing the cleat plate, and the more complex insole plate.

Because Prevolve crafts every cleat one of one, the larger sizes require significantly more time and materials. To better reflect our actual costs, we've decided to change to size-based pricing.

Sized Pricing Chart

  • Small — under 24 cm (roughly US men's 6 / women's 7.5 and under) — $595
  • Medium — 24 to 28.9 cm (roughly US men's 6 to 11.5) — $695
  • Large — 29 cm and up (roughly US men's 12 and up) — $795

Not sure which you are? Take a free foot scan and find out.

Until August 17, current pricing remains the same.

This is the last window to order at our lower price, whatever your size. If a pair has been on your list this year, now would be a good time to buy.

Discounts & Additional Fit Socks

For return customers who have already perfected the fit with a 3D fit sock, we've increased the available discount to 25% off, up from the previous 20%.

If you want to order another fit sock, due to growth or foot changes, it's available on its own for $79, $89, or $99 depending on size. (Return discount does not apply to fit socks.)

Feel free to email us any questions. We're grateful for your business and input :)

Cheers,
Oliver
