Every Prevolve shoe is designed from scratch. Since 2017 we have been building one thing: an algorithm that turns a 3D scan of your feet into printable shoe geometry. This is what it actually looks like.

Hour guarantee

Most cleats wear out in a season and need replacing every 6 to 12 months. Every Prevolve is engineered to hold its form past 250 hours of play, and if yours breaks down inside that, your next pair is on us.

This testing machine bends a cleat twice a second, around the clock, for a week straight. The current design came off it after 1,000,000 flex cycles still intact: sole, upper and stud plate. That's where the 250-hour guarantee comes from.

The meaner test doesn't photograph as well: five minutes in a freezer, then flex it hard. That used to crack a plate on the spot. Today's plates shrug it off. We're not trying to flex.

Stack height and sole stiffness decide how a cleat performs on the field and how it integrates with your anatomy. So we build the full sole stack to you. Foot strength, sport, weight: each one changes the height and the design.

Flex set by your strength

Your foot strength sets the insole plate design and insole thickness. Stronger feet get more flex, so the foot can work. Developing feet get a firmer plate and more support underneath while they build up.

Geometry set by your sport

Each sport utilizes the foot in unique ways, so it changes the stud layout, the insole thickness and the plate design, along with sport-specific touches like a toe guard for baseball pitchers and an extra stud for linemen.

Reinforcement set by your weight

Your weight sets the insole thickness and how heavily the studs are reinforced. Heavier athletes get thicker walls and more material under them. Lighter athletes get a lighter build.

Dirt, grass and the pitching motion each load the foot differently. The plate and studs change with them; placement always comes from your own foot map.

Positions, roughly: the Hybrid sole covers everyday play on turf and dirt, infielders chasing maximum dirt bite go metal, pitchers get their own build, and turf training days mean Indoor. Metal, Indoor and Pitcher carry a small surcharge; exact pricing shows in the configurator.
