RETURN AND WARRANTY POLICY
Prevolve cleats are fully custom-made using your individual foot scans and athletic profile. Because of the custom nature of our product, our policies are structured to balance fairness with the realities of small-batch manufacturing.
WARRANTY (DURABILITY)
If your cleats break within 90 days or 250 hours of play (whichever comes first), we will produce one replacement pair at no cost.
To process a warranty claim, we require:

Clear photographs of the issue

A detailed description of how the damage occurred

In some cases, return of the product
Only one replacement pair per order is covered under this warranty.
Warranty coverage applies only to manufacturing defects. Damage caused by misuse, incorrect surface selection, or abnormal wear is not covered.
FIT GUARANTEE (DOMESTIC – U.S. ORDERS)
If your fit feels off within 30 days of delivery, email us with a detailed description of the issue.
We may:

Produce one replacement pair if necessary
Domestic shipping for approved replacement pairs is covered by Prevolve.
If we have already provided a replacement pair to resolve a fit issue, additional replacements will be evaluated at our discretion.
RETURNS (DOMESTIC – U.S. ORDERS)
U.S. customers may request a return for a full refund within 30 days of delivery.
Because our shoes are custom-made and cannot be resold, we ask for a detailed explanation of why the product did not meet expectations. This feedback helps us improve.
If a replacement pair has already been issued, any subsequent refund may be partial or offered as store credit.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS POLICY
Due to high international shipping costs and the fully custom nature of our product, the following terms apply to all orders shipped outside the United States.
Refunds
International orders are final sale once production has begun.
We do not offer international returns for refund due to change of mind, preference shifts, or general dissatisfaction.
Fit Guarantee (International)
International customers are eligible for one replacement pair for fit-related issues within 30 days of delivery.
All shipping costs associated with the replacement (including return shipping if required and shipment of the new pair) are the responsibility of the customer.
Warranty (International)
If your cleats qualify under our 90-day / 250-hour durability warranty, we will produce one replacement pair.
International customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to warranty replacements.
Clear photographic documentation is required.
Replacement Limit
International orders are limited to one replacement pair per order, whether for fit or durability.
Additional replacements are evaluated at our discretion.
INSOLE / ORTHOTIC POLICY
Prevolve cleats are designed to work with the foot as the primary support system.
We do accept orders requesting space for a custom insole or orthotic under the following conditions:
Required Measurement
Customers must provide the exact thickness of the insole or orthotic before production begins.

Long-term performance guarantees
Insoles and orthotics introduce external variables (material stiffness, compression rate, geometry, movement) that significantly affect performance and durability. Because of this, we cannot guarantee outcomes when third-party components are used.
By requesting accommodation for an insole or orthotic, the customer accepts full responsibility for fit, comfort, and durability outcomes.
Orthotic-accommodated orders are not eligible for refunds.
LIMITS ON MULTIPLE REPLACEMENTS
We are committed to achieving an excellent fit.
However, if we determine that fit issues are not caused by a design or manufacturing error, we reserve the right to decline additional free replacements.
Customers may purchase another pair, and we will apply all prior feedback to improve the fit.
FIT SHEET APPROVAL
After receiving your scans, we generate a fit sheet for approval prior to production.
If approval is not received within 30 days of order date, production will proceed using scans on file.
In this case, the fit guarantee is void. However, we will offer a 40% discount on a replacement pair if needed.
MISUSE OR INCORRECT STYLE SELECTION
Our cleats are designed for specific surfaces.
Damage caused by misuse (e.g., using firm-ground cleats on turf) or incorrect model selection is not covered under our guarantees.

RETURNING CUSTOMER DISCOUNTS
Returning customers using the same scan may email info@prevolvefootwear.com for a 20% repeat customer discount.
