3D-Custom Fit Sock

Right after you order, we email you simple instructions to scan your feet with your phone (it takes a few minutes). We print a test shell of your exact fit from that scan and ship it within 1–2 days. You wear it, send us photos and notes, and we refine the design until it's right. Only then do your cleats go into production.

Yes — buy a Fit Sock pair and the full $145 you paid is credited toward your first Prevolve cleat order. The fit sock is effectively free when you go on to order cleats.

A printed test of your fit catches pressure points, width issues, and shape inconsistencies before anything is manufactured. Since the fit sock became a standard step, fit remakes have dropped from roughly 1 in 7 pairs to about 1 in 40.

A pair confirms both feet — most athletes' feet differ slightly, and both cleats are printed individually. A single (from $45) works if you mainly want to feel the fit before committing.

That's the point of this step. Tell us what you feel, we adjust the design, and we can send a revised fit round before production begins. Nothing gets built until you approve the fit.
