The modular metpads sit under your transverse arch and gently encourage it to activate — relieving pressure on your joints and waking your toes up. Five progressive levels let you train the arch like any other muscle: start where you are, move up as your foot gets stronger.
The set includes a full pair of custom insoles plus metpads in levels 1–5.
