How Your Pair Gets Made
Every Prevolve starts with a 3D scan of your feet, captured from home with a phone. From that scan we build a digital model of your foot — length, width, arch profile, toe splay and bone structure — and design your cleat around it.
Before anything goes into production you receive a 3D Fit Sock: a printed test version of your fit that confirms the dimensions on your actual feet. Full instructions arrive after purchase. Once your fit is confirmed, we print your plate and build your pair to that verified geometry.
Because the cleat is built from a scan rather than a factory last, there is no break-in period. Opening day feels like mid-season — minus the accumulated wear.

Custom Toe Spacers are 3D printed specific to your toe dimensions and curvature. Made of soft TPU foam for extreme durability and comfort, a full set weighs about six grams. Keep your toes wide and alive with minimal bulk or weight. Spacers come in three different sizes so you can find the perfect setup for your toe splay, sock thickness and footwear. Modular Foam Metpads are easily interchangeable with our TPU foam insoles. They are designed to improve the posture of your foot, encouraging activation of the transverse arch, which helps relieve pressure on joints and increase toe engagement.
