• Lower Toe Box Height: Custom Soccer cleats have a lower height in the toe box, providing more touch and proprioception.
  You'll easily feel the ball during dribbling and your ball control in the air will be superb (as long as you practice :D)

Each shoe is made to order in Kent, WA, USA. Free shipping within the USA. Ships internationally.

New customers complete a 3D Fit Sock test before production begins to verify fit. Returning customers can skip this step and reorder using their existing fit.

Estimated total time from order to delivery is 3–4 weeks, including fit verification.

Production time may vary depending on demand.

Product Specs

Manufactured with 3D printing. Every part of the shoe is made with TPU (Thermoplastic Polyurethane) of varying composition and hardness. The only non-printed material are the laces.

Weight

Weights may vary depending on stud type and foot shape. General estimates:

• Extra Small (under 19.5 cm foot length) — under 5 oz
• Small (19.5–22 cm) — 5–8 oz
• Medium (22–27.5 cm) — 8–11.5 oz
• Large (27.5–30 cm) — 11.5–14 oz
• Extra Large (30 cm and greater) — 14 oz+

WARRANTY

If your cleats break within 90 days or 250 hours of play (whichever comes first), we will replace that pair for free. To process the warranty, we require that either the shoes are returned to Prevolve or the breakage is clearly photographed and described. Only one replacement pair per order.

FIT GUARANTEE

Within 30 days of receiving your shoes, if the sizing feels off, send us an email with a detailed description of the issue. We may be able to adjust the fit without producing a new pair. If the problem persists, we may request you submit a new scan, and we will re-print and deliver a new pair of shoes. Please note that if we’ve already provided a replacement pair to resolve a fit issue, any further refund request may be limited or denied at our discretion.

Domestic shipping is covered by Prevolve for replacement pairs and returns. International shipping will be charged to the customer.

LIMITS ON MULTIPLE REPLACEMENT PAIRS

If we’ve already provided a replacement pair to address a fit issue, any additional pair requested will be evaluated at our discretion. While we are committed to getting you a great fit, we also recognize that multiple rounds of replacements can sometimes result from factors beyond our control — such as conflicting feedback, shifting fit preferences, or atypical use cases.

If we determine that the fit issues are not caused by a design or manufacturing error on our part, or if the requests become inconsistent or unreasonable, we reserve the right to decline producing additional free replacement pairs. In these cases, customers may still choose to purchase another pair, and we will do our best to accommodate fit adjustments based on the feedback provided.

FIT SHEET APPROVAL

After we receive your foot scans, we generate a fit sheet to verify the fit before production begins. We will send you an email with the fit sheet for your approval. Please make sure our email (info@prevolvefootwear.com) is not blocked or going to spam.

If we do not receive a response within 30 days of the order date, we will begin production using the scans on file. If production begins without fit sheet approval, the fit guarantee will be void. If you experience fit issues in this scenario, we will offer a 40% discount on a replacement pair.

RETURNS

If you're unhappy with your shoes, you can return them for a full refund during the first 30 days. We believe you'll love your shoes and are willing to back them with our full return policy. The only thing we ask in return is a full description of what went wrong: why you purchased the cleats and how/why you changed your mind.

Because our shoes are custom-made for your feet, returning them isn’t particularly helpful — we don’t have a retail store or a process for reselling custom shoes. The purpose of our return policy is to collect valuable feedback and improve our product in the long run.

LIMITATIONS ON REFUNDS AFTER REPLACEMENT PAIRS

If we have already provided a replacement pair due to a fit or durability issue, any subsequent refund request may be subject to a partial refund or store credit instead of a full refund. Once a replacement pair has been made to resolve your concern, we reserve the right to limit the refund amount to account for the adjustments already provided.

MISUSE OR INCORRECT STYLE SELECTION

Our custom shoes are designed for specific uses and environments. If a product issue arises because the shoes were used in a way they weren’t intended (e.g., using turf cleats on an indoor futsal court) or because an incorrect shoe model was ordered for your activity, we reserve the right to deny a refund. Our guarantee covers legitimate manufacturing or fitting problems, but it does not cover damage or dissatisfaction resulting from misuse or using the footwear outside of its intended purpose.
