Custom Cleat Plate

Custom Cleat Plate

Fully custom, 3D printed, TPU cleat plate.

Playing Surface: Soft Ground, natural surfaces with relatively soft dirt/grass. 

Stud Shape: conical, ideal for players that want to minimize injury risk by allowing for rotational movement in the ground.

Stud configuration: nine conical studs in the forefoot and four in the back, suited for firm grass fields and some higher quality artificial turf fields. 

Stud length: 13-14mm (molded), 15mm or 17mm Metal 

Stud placement: based on foot scans and photos, matched to your exact bone structure.

Plate stiffness: determined by weight and foot strength level. 

Toe Spacers

Custom Toe Spacers are 3D printed specific to your toe dimensions and curvature. Made of soft TPU foam for extreme durability and comfort. A full set weighs about six grams. Keep your toes wide and alive with minimal bulk or weight. Spacers come in three different sizes so you can find the perfect setup for your toe splay, sock thickness and footwear. Metpads

Modular Foam Metpads are easily interchangeable with our TPU foam insoles. They are designed to improve the posture of your foot, encouraging activation of the transverse arch which helps relieve pressure on joints and increase toe engagement. Each shoe is made to order in Seattle, WA, USA. Free Shipping within the USA. Ships internationally.

Foot scans and fit sheets required before production can begin.

Estimated delivery time is twelve days after receiving all required foot data.

Manufactured with 3D printing.

Every part of the shoe is made with TPU (Thermoplastic Polyurethane) of varying composition and hardness.

The only non-printed material are the laces.

Weight

Weights may vary depending on stud type and foot shape. Here are some general estimates:

  • Extra Small (Less than 19.5 cm Foot Length) - <5oz
  • Small (19.5 - 22 cm Foot Length) 5-8oz
  • Medium (22 - 27.5 cm Foot Length) 8-11.5oz
  • Large (27.5 - 30 cm Foot Length) 11.5-14oz
  • Extra Large (30 cm and greater) 14oz

Warranty/Returns

Warranty

If your cleats break within 90 days or 90 hours of play we will replace that pair for free.
To process the warranty we require that either the shoes are returned to Prevolve or the breakage is clearly photographed and described.
Only one replacement pair per order.

Fit Guarantee

Within 30 days of receiving your shoes, if the sizing feels off, send us an email with a detailed description of the issue. We may be able to help accommodate your fit without producing a new pair. If the problem persists we may request you submit a new scan and we will re-print and deliver a new pair of shoes.

Returns

If you're unhappy with your shoes you can return them for a full refund during the first month. We believe you'll love your shoes and are willing to back the shoes with our full return policy. The only thing we ask in return is a full description of what went wrong: the reason you purchased the cleats in the first place and how/why you changed your mind.
