Why Custom Fit Matters in Ultimate
Ultimate is a continuous high-intensity sport where cutting — the ability to change direction explosively at full speed — is the fundamental skill separating elite from average play. Every cut involves a hard plant on the outside foot, a powerful push-off, and instant acceleration in a new direction. Over the course of a game, players execute hundreds of these movements across natural grass or turf.
The demands are specific: multi-directional traction on the plant foot, clean release on the push-off, and a stable base that doesn't create rotational lock during explosive pivots. Standard cleats place studs at averaged positions that may not align with your actual pressure points during these movements. A Prevolve cleat is built to your 3D foot scan — placing studs where your bone structure actually loads, which means more efficient traction through every cut and less unnecessary torque on the joints that absorb the repeated stress of a full tournament weekend.

Toe Spacers
Custom Toe Spacers are 3D printed specific to your toe dimensions and curvature. Made of soft TPU foam for extreme durability and comfort. A full set weighs about six grams. Keep your toes wide and alive with minimal bulk or weight. Spacers come in three different sizes so you can find the perfect setup for your toe splay, sock thickness and footwear. Metpads
Modular Foam Metpads are easily interchangeable with our TPU foam insoles. They are designed to improve the posture of your foot, encouraging activation of the transverse arch which helps relieve pressure on joints and increase toe engagement.
