Custom Fit Football Boots

Why custom cleats are worth it

You're out on the field in your regular cleats thinking everything's fine, and your feet are quietly plotting a rebellion. They're cramped and unhappy and they've had enough of it. That's what BioCleats by Prevolve Footwear are for: cleats built around your foot instead of the other way around.

  • Perfect toe shape fit. We match the actual shape of your toes, not a generic taper, so nothing is fighting your foot for space.
  • Midfoot adaptation. The midfoot is the part everyone forgets to fit. We don't.
  • Foot strength consideration. Everyone's feet are at a different point in their strength journey, so the cleat meets you where you are and progresses you gradually instead of forcing a transition overnight.
  • Heel width fit. No more heel slop that makes the shoe feel like it belongs to someone else.
  • Sole plate stiffness tuned to your weight and foot strength.
  • Insole thickness tuned the same way, for comfort and performance that actually matches your body.

What makes ours different

There are a lot of cleats out there. Ours are the Beyoncé of cleats, not because of the marketing, because they're just better built. Here's the actual case:

  • Made in the USA, which means less shipping and a shorter supply chain.
  • Made to order. No inventory sitting on a shelf in a size that doesn't fit you. Every pair is bespoke.
  • Metatarsal pads that reactivate your transverse arch.
  • Toe spacers that pair with the cleats to keep your toes aligned and stop them slipping around inside the shoe.
  • 3D printed, which cuts waste and skips the overseas manufacturing chain entirely.
  • Continuous improvement. We don't use molds, so every design choice, every material, every process can change between one pair and the next. Every pair we make is built on what the last one taught us.

What traditional cleats actually do to your feet

Traditional cleats are the friend who seems fine until you notice the damage. Three specific ways they get it wrong:

  • Narrow toe box. Squeezes your toes into a shape they were never meant to hold, which causes discomfort and, over time, injury.
  • Too stiff through the arch. A stiff sole strains the foot and blocks natural movement. Feet have muscles too, and muscles that don't move, atrophy.
  • Poor midfoot fit. Instability or pressure points that make the shoe feel like it's working against you instead of with you.

What's specific to a soccer cleat

Soccer asks more of a cleat than most sports do. It needs to be an extension of your body, enough traction to cut hard, enough touch to finesse a pass. That means a few features unique to our soccer build:

  • Textured upper for a leather-like grip on the ball. Enough to curl one into the corner, not so much you trip over it.
  • Internal stiff heel counter that cuts down wobble when you're shooting or passing.
  • Thinner upper for better touch. Close to playing barefoot, minus the part where it hurts.
  • Lower toe box height for more proprioception, so you actually feel the ball while you're dribbling.
